DVD Duplication Service “How does the process work?”
Our DVD Duplication services are a process different than replication and in general are more cost effective for smaller runs of 500 pcs or less. Even though CDrs can be duplicated faster, this process is slightly more expensive then replicating because it is “a different process”.

DVD Rom Duplication
DVD Rom Duplication starts with a master DVD-r that the client provides. The blank media is then duplicated in a tower that consists of multiple Burners. The DVD Rom duplication master disc is placed in the source drive and the blank DVD-rs in the slave drive. Once the blank is copied with the masters data it can be labeled with a high quality printed label or printed with silkscreen printing.

DVD Duplication is just the beginning of a successful project, so we also offer a wide variety of DVD packaging options. We can provide generic DVD packaging options like paper sleeves with windows, clear see through vinyl sleeves, adhesive tamper proof poly sleeves to affix to books brochures or magazines, jewel cases and library cases, as well as digital four color printing services for DVD mailers, cardboard sleeves or inserts for the library cases.

If you prefer to duplicate your own DVDs we offer custom screen printed or labled DVD-r  media with your company logo and contact information. All you do is provide us your logos and artwork and we will print the blank DVDr media for you. This is a great way to create custom client specific discs on a professional custom printed DVD.

• Quality

  Our Gold Coast production facility for the production of Cd's and DVD's always uses Verbatim archival quality Cd's and DVD's. Over the years we have found if we use these discs we have virtually no problems. In terms of printing inks we use the original manufacturers inks because we have found using "generic" inks we do not get consistency of colour throughout the production run.

• Turnaround

  We work to a cycle of maximum 48 hours from receipt of a job until dispatch. If it is going to take longer we will let you know. Sometimes extremely large jobs over 2000 discs may take longer.
